Timothy A. Held - Principal
Tim has over 35 years of successful construction experience and over 17 years of operating a business, 7 of those years with T.A. Held Construction. Having worked for some of the largest general contractors in the New Orleans area and operating his own businesses, he has acquired the experience and expertise to complete any type or size project. His ability to manage the construction process assures the client that their project will be completed on time and within budget.
Laurie Robertson - Office Manager
Laurie maintains all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and payroll. She administers employee benefits and personnel files and annually assists with Worker’s Compensation and General Liability Audits.
Laurie also assists with all administrative aspects of projects, including estimating, subcontract and vendor solicitation, preparation of submittals, logs, payment applications, purchase orders, subcontracts and schedules. She is responsible for keeping the flow of correspondence running smoothly between the field personnel, home office, and clients.
Nick Lamandre - Project Manager
Nick has been in the construction industry for over 25 years working his way up from a carpenter to superintendent to project manager. Nick's field experience mixed with his office knowledge has been a great asset to the clients and the company. Through his years, he has gained experience of working on projects up to $ 35,000,000.
Tom Wesner - Project Superintendent
Tom has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked for some of the larger general contractors in the New Orleans area. Although, Tom has experience as a project manager, his preference has been working as a project superintendent in which he has worked as most of his career. Tom recently retired from T.A. Held Construction, but continues to work for the company on a part-time basis.
Gary Grillot - Project Superintendent
Gary started in the construction industry directly after high school working with both commercial and residential contractors working his way up to the superintendent position. Gary inspired for more and had his own business for over 20 years. His experience not only as a superintendent but a business owner is invaluable. Working over the past 38 years Gary's construction experience includes projects in the commercial, residential and civil industries.
Roy Kramer III - Project Superintendent
Roy having over 20 years in the construction industry as a construction superintendent, he has handled a variety of project sizes and types and has been involved in projects up to $75,000,000. His experience includes new construction as we as renovations. Roy has also worked for several of the larger New Orleans construction companies providing him with a vast knowledge of the construction industry.
